Service Description

- LullaBy You provides AI-powered voice cloning and lullaby generation services.
- We transform uploaded voice recordings into personalized lullabies using artificial intelligence.
- Service availability and features may vary based on your subscription plan.
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
User Accounts
Section 3
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
Voice Data & Content
Section 4
- You must have explicit consent from all individuals whose voices you upload.
- You retain ownership of your original voice recordings and generated content.
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies or applicable laws.
- Voice data is processed and stored securely according to our Privacy Policy.
- Generated lullabies are for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise specified.
Payment & Billing
Section 5
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
- All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
- Free trial users will be charged automatically unless cancelled before trial end.
- Usage limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Prohibited Uses

- Creating content that impersonates others without consent.
- Generating content that is harmful, abusive, or violates any laws.
- Attempting to reverse engineer or copy our AI technology.
- Using the service for any commercial purpose without authorization.
- Uploading copyrighted material without proper authorization.

- Voice recordings are encrypted and stored securely.
- We do not share personal data with third parties without consent.
- You may request deletion of your data subject to legal retention requirements.

Limitation of Liability

- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
